What this covers

This policy explains how Kaivo ("we", "us") handles the information you share on this website when you check your fit and book a doctor consultation. We provide online doctor consultations and weight-management programs to adults aged 18 and above in India. No medicines are sold on this website, and we do not sell your personal data — to anyone, ever.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form: your name, phone number, age, sex, height, weight (and the BMI calculated from them), your answer to the health-history question, and your chosen consultation slot. If you arrive from an advertisement, we may also receive standard click identifiers (such as a Google click ID) and basic device information used for measuring ad performance.

Why we collect it

To prepare your doctor for the consultation, to contact you about your booking by phone or WhatsApp, and to measure whether our advertising works. That's it. We do not use your health details for advertising, and we do not share them with advertisers.

Who processes it

Your form responses are stored securely with Supabase (our database provider). Scheduling is handled by Calendly, which processes the name and phone number you provide in order to confirm your slot and send reminders. Anonymous ad-measurement data may be processed by Google. Each provider processes data under its own safeguards and only for the purposes above.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as needed to provide care and meet our legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information you've shared, or to stop contacting you. Write to care@getkaivo.in from the number or details you submitted, and we'll act on it promptly, in line with applicable Indian data-protection law.

Consent to be contacted

By submitting the form, you agree to receive a call or WhatsApp message from a Kaivo doctor or care expert about your consultation. You can opt out at any time by telling us on the call, on WhatsApp, or by email.
