What this website does

This website lets adults in India check whether Kaivo may be a fit for them and book an online video consultation with a registered medical practitioner. That is all it does. No medicines, devices or other products are sold, stocked, dispensed or delivered on or through this website. Kaivo is not a pharmacy.

Not medical advice

The content on this website — including the BMI calculation and the preliminary fit indication — is general information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Only a qualified doctor, speaking with you in a consultation, can advise on your health. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read here. If you believe you have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or local emergency services immediately.

Eligibility to use this website

You must be 18 or older and resident in India. By submitting the form you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and about yourself, and that you consent to being contacted by a Kaivo doctor or care expert about your booking.

Consultations

Consultations are delivered by registered medical practitioners over secure video, scheduled through Calendly. The Discovery Consult is complimentary for early users; if you choose to join a Kaivo program afterwards, its scope and fees will be explained to you on the call before you commit to anything. A doctor may, in their independent professional judgement, decline to recommend a program or advise that Kaivo is not right for you.

Your responsibilities

Provide truthful, complete information about your health; attend booked consultations or cancel in reasonable time; and use this website only for yourself, lawfully and in good faith.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaivo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, or affects the professional duties owed to you by a doctor in consultation.
